As one of the oldest independent Funeral Directors in North London, L.J. Butler and Son's pride themselves on being totally conversant with all the traditions and customs of the multi-ethnic population in the area. The family oweners offer a caring, personal and professional service to families of all creeds and religions; a service which they have successfully provided for the past 5 generations.

The company was founded in 1875 in Southwark but moved to north London in 1931 with the opening of G. Saville and Son Ltd: 569, High Road, Wembley.  G. Saville and Son Ltd: 107, High Street, Wealdstone, followed in 1956 and L. J. Butler and Son Ltd: 40, Kenton Park Parade, Kenton, was acquired in 1984 as was Stonebridge Funeral Services: 101, High Street, Edgware.
